Independent Living at Choice Court
Choice Court is a small independent block of 13 single and 3 double flats at the rear of the site. It provides the choice to remain independent whilst being part of a small friendly community. It can keep partners ‘under the same roof’ when one is a resident at Choice House.
Tenants can meet up and play a game or share a cup of tea in the large communal lounge, or relax in our beautiful garden. Tenants can also attend the on-site Choice Friendship Club and participate in activities at Choice House, as well as join in on annual day trips.
Each flat has a call system which is linked to Choice House so that in an emergency, or out of hours, staff at Choice House will be alerted to a problem, offering huge reassurance to tenants. Similarly, if tenants are ever unwell or unable to cook, then they can go to Choice House for meal times or have meals brought over to them. A huge advantage of being part of a campus community.

“It is so important to me to have somewhere near to my wife now she has moved into residential care. Being in adjoining buildings made it easier and we can still spend lots of our time together, which is very important after 66 years married.”
